WHAT IF I DON'T SEE WHAT I WANT?

I produce small batches, which means some pieces may go quickly. If you do not see anything in my shop it is because it has likely sold and I am hard at work on the next update/restock. You can be updated on release times and dates by following along on my social media platform @modernluckstudio. 

RETURNS

Due to the handcrafted nature of my items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Although, my goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item if you have any issues.

I do not accept refunds based on wrong size. Please know/check your ring size prior to purchase.

However, if your item arrives damaged please contact me at modernluckstudio@gmail.com as I would love to help replace the item for you. 

SHIPPING

All ready to ship pieces will be shipped within 7 days from the date of payment. 

Please note that once the package has left my hands, it is in the hands of USPS, it is no longer my responsibility for lost packages. I am a one woman show, and unfortunately can not afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers.  Please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. If your package is lost in transit please contact your local Postal Service.

I ship via USPS and will provide tracking information for you, as well as insurance.

CUSTOM PIECES

My customs are currently closed. 

MATERIALS USED

All pieces are created with high quality sterling silver, and the occasional jewelers brass. Each item will have a short description with all the necessary details about the item.
